The Nissan Rogue Trail Warrior Project Is Ready for Anything

If going on family adventures feels like you need to prepare for battle, the Nissan Rogue Trail Warrior Project would be the ideal vehicle. This concept was shown at the New York Auto Show and boasts massive tracks in place of wheels to tackle nearly any terrain.

The Dominator Tracks were made by American Track Truck and are 48 inches long, 30 inches high, and 15 inches wide. While their on-road performance would not be that great, they would be able to sail across the deepest snow drifts and tallest sand dunes with ease.

“This new Rogue Trail Warrior adds a new dimension to family adventures with its snow/sand tracks, gear basket, winch and camo paint,” said Michael Bunce, vice president, Product Planning, Nissan North America, Inc. “If you want to stand out from the crowd during a day on the slopes or the beach, this is the vehicle to take.”

To accommodate the tracks, the suspension and wheel wells had to be modified. It also got a unique camouflage paint look. However, other than that, the rest of this Rogue’s performance parts are standard, including its 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine.

Unfortunately, you won’t find the Trail Warrior Project on any showroom floor since it is just a concept, but you can take your family adventure to the next level with the Nissan Rogue available now at Wright Nissan.
